We would be more than happy to assist you with setting up your shipping rates for your online store. Just to gather some additional context, have you set up your general shipping profile? Also, are you wanting to set up a specific shipping rate that you would like to offer your customers?
You can begin to set up your online store shipping by navigating to Settings > Shipping and Delivery and selecting Manage on the general shipping profile. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
After you select Manage, you can Setup your shipping zones and select the countries and regions that you want to be in the zone. You can select multiple countries and regions that you would like to ship to.
Once that is completed, you can begin to Set up shipping rates for the newly created shipping zone. Feel more than welcome to check out our guide to Create flat shipping rates or Create calculated shipping rates.
