When I first opened my shop I had entered an old account routing and account number. That account is no longer active and I need help on how to update it. Unfortunately, I no longer have those numbers to enter to update my account. Can anyone please help me?

In order to make changes to the banking information, you will need the previous routing and account number to make this change. If no longer have access to this information, it would be best to reach out to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the change you are wanting to make with a Support Advisor.
Note:: Once you successfully login to your store, you will directed to our Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar and search for related articles. You should then see the option to Get Support located under the search results.
