How can I upsell subscriptions at the checkout page?

We plan to increase the number of subscribers to our product and are seeking ways to do so. One of our options is to use upselling. We are currently using ReCharge app for subscriptions, but we’re in progress of moving to Skio.

Flow is as below:

  1. A customer places an order for one-time purchase to Product X with variant A (there are several variants of product).
  2. On the checkout page before customer completes the checkout process, offer to subscribe to the same product X with variant A and save some $$$.
  3. The customer accepts offer, after that upsell app will change purchase type to a Subscription.
  4. So, ultimately, the customer will subscribe to Product X rather than a one-time purchase.

Any 3rd party apps you can recommend to get there?
