please help to to verifed google products via google shopping channel

my products are not approved via google shopping channel
i’m already contact with google merchant team there are no issue issue in google team
they was telling issue is generate via shopify end

When you go to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics

Do you see products pending (blue)

or do you see products disapproved (red)

Or do you mean the app in Shopify does not show the current status matching Google Merchant Center.
