There was chargeback on the order - saying product not delivered. The order had 6 products. Customer messaged us 2 months back that they had received the order and liked it. Later after 2 months they claimed they didn’t receive 1 product and applied a chargeback for 3 products not received.
Even though we submitted the documents - shipping details, customer message from 2 months back stating they have received the products, our shipping and return policy. Still Bank sided with the customer - and refunded for 3 products. I completely don’t understand - what is the requirement to win the chargeback.
Shopify should provide some support on these chargeback. I do understand that there is fraud chargeback that Shopify protect gives, but it doesn’t help when the credit card customer details not fraud but the person applies for unethical chargeback.
