How can we make conversion apps more customer-friendly?

Conversion should be made more human-centric to empower potential customers.

I would like to help create something that aids both merchants and potential customers in addressing conversion, with the following scenarios:

• Spending a few minutes in your store without clicking on anything.
• Clicking on 3 to 5 items and then leaving your store.
• Abandoning their cart and exiting your store.
