How do I add an Afterpay Banner to the top of my Refresh themed store?

Hello,

I am trying to add the Afterpay Banner to the top of my store, to make customers aware of the payment option upon first landing on my store. My store theme is Refresh, struggling to figure this one out. I managed to find the announcement-bar.liquid and this piece of code, unsure if I am in the right place.
