Hi, its a bit late but I figured this out. I have a ‘SHOP’ page in the heading as one of the Menu Items, and my client hated that when you go to the SHOP page, you have to click ‘View full details.’ (Note: They are only selling 1 product). So here is the solution:

Go to the Main Menu Online Store (this is the page before you click ‘Customize’).

On the left, beneath ‘Online Store’, click on ‘Navigation’

Click ‘Main Menu’

Click ‘Add Menu Item’

Give the link a name (for me it was ‘SHOP’)

In ‘Search or paste a link’ click ‘products’ and then select the product you wish to show.
You do not need to create a page. Then when you go into Customize, and go to this product page, you can edit the Default Product template if you want to add more blocks to the page.
