How do I convert payment from USD to ZAR in South Africa?

I have PayPal activated as one of the payment methods, but it does not have South African (ZAR) currency support. I have activated Payfast as a solution to this problem, however when trying to process a payment the system does not convert from USD to ZAR for

I have the same issue. I was advised by Payfast to apply for PayGate (also offered by them) which would offer a currency conversion from USD to ZAR in the payment system. Still in the midst of the application, so we shall see…
