How do I denounce a fraudulent store?

Hi, I realized a made a mistake trying to shop through this website https://theboxuruguay.com/

They are fraudsters from brazil that change their name constantly

They have also the same name but with a Mexico address https://theboxshop.com.mx/

Yes, I bear responsibility for falling for it but I need a way to denounce this because I want to avoid other people falling for the same thing. They use Shopify technology

I tried to follow the channels of fraud prevention here but that take me to no where. Any advise will be welcome.

Thank you for reaching out about this and sharing that information. I am sorry to hear you had an issue with your order from this business and I understand that they may be hosted using Shopify services.

You can report any business that you believe to be hosted on Shopify through our Acceptable Use Policy page here: Report an Issue with a Merchant. I also encourage you to open a claim with your bank or credit card provider to reverse the payment you made. This action creates an internal flag with the payment gateway for the business, initiating an investigation through their website host as well. It’s the most effective way to take down fraudulent businesses.
