How do I increase the Ground Advantage over 1 lb delivery quote to over 5 days

When customers select “Ground Advantage” on our Shopify souvenir web store, it quotes the service as taking 5 days for delivery. That’s fine when the package weighs under a pound, but when we ship anything over a pound to say North Carolina, USPS quotes us 17 days.

How can I change the delivery quote on shopify so that we don’t have frustrated customers calling, demanding to know what’s taking so long?

Hi @BlueMoose , as far as we know, there is no provision to edit the delivery quote. These are calculated in real-time by Shopify USPS. Alternatively, you can consider offering flat rates instead of carrier-calculated rates.
