How do I integrate my FedEx UK account with Shopify?

I want to link my FedEx Uk account to Shopify … will I need another app ? The help tells me to log onto FedEx account and look for web services but I can’t find that … is that for FedEx in the US

is anyone having much joy with FedEx Uk and Shopify integration ?

If you are looking only for product-based shipping rates then that is possible with Shopify Shipping Services. But if you need an end-to-end shipping solution then you require something like Shopify Ship, Rate, and Track for FedEx. The app allows you to display live rates, print shipping labels, request carrier pickups & track real-time orders within the same dashboard itself.

Great question. As @Anindita mentioned, if you want to use your own FedEx rates rather than the discounted Shopify Shipping rates, you will need to enable Third-party carrier-calculated shipping rates, also known as Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS). CCS allows you to display your negotiated shipping rates with carriers (in your case, FedEx) to customers at checkout. You can be eligible for CCS in one of two ways:

  • Add CCS to the Shopify Plan for an additional $20 per month
  • Upgrade to the Advanced Shopify plan which includes CCS

If you decide you want to go ahead with adding Carrier Calculated Shipping rates on your store and upgrading to one of the above options, you’ll need to get in touch with our live Support team through the Help Center, and they’ll be able to add that onto your account for you.
