Hello freinds. Im looking to delete my chat widget on my store. I have successfully installed facebook messenger on my site but its completely covered by the previous chat widget and im unsure of how to remove it. Can someone help? I am using the debutify theme.

Go to your store admin > Apps > Apps and Sale channels settings > Click Uninstall in previous chat widget
Nah, this chat widget was not part of an app that i installed. It may be a part of the theme but i dont know because if it was, i feel like it would be de-activated once i installed the FB messenger app, which i did by extension of the theme.
So please check in Online store > Themes > Customize > Theme Settings section, it cannot disable widget in Apps Embeds tab
I dont see it anywhere in the theme settings section. I have no idea where its coming from my friend.

display: none;
}
It should hide the black chat box

This code from @ZenoPageBuilder , but you can add it in Online store > Themes > Edit code > Assets > open theme.scss.liquid file and add code at the bottom.

I recommend you disable or remove that app widget instead of just hide it by using CSS code, because it is still running means still affect to your store.
You know, i wish i could get rid of all the dead code in my store because there is a ton but i dont know how to do that without breaking the whole thing and its pretty awesome right now as is. I have an integration called rapidler that has my website blazing fast and as much crap as ive done to it, im still at 92 speed according to shopify. I will eventually get rid of the stuff im not using but first, we have to get these sales coming in.
