How do I remove the white space below my header on my mobile account?

I’ve been struggling for weeks with this empty white space below my banner on my mobile version of my store, tianabayboutiques.com

That space is not there on the desktop. How do I go about removing it?

Thank you, please try this:

  1. In your Shopify Admin go to online store > themes > actions > edit code
  2. In your theme.liquid file, find the (press CTRL + F or command + F on Mac)
  3. paste this code right above the tag:

How do i fix this on the minimal theme?

I also have a large white space where the menu would be on my mobile version.

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

I’m checking in google chrome and also safari on iMac but also the client who owns the website has flagged too so must be seeing it their end.

maybe you have user viewpoint height css code can you please use theme default code also check this issue with your original theme?
