I have updated to Shopify 2.0 and find that no estimated delivery dates are appearing anywhere on my site. They used to appear in product, cart and checkout pages. My supplier is Printful and the data used to be passed across, it’s still available on my Printful site, but obviously the old API link has been severed. So my question is how do I get that data back on product, cart and checkout pages. Is there a code snippet that works with Printful or an app that can be set up to work with a third party.
Since you updated to Shopify 2.0, the connection between Printful and your store likely broke, which is why the estimated delivery dates disappeared. Printful still has the data, but Shopify isn’t pulling it automatically anymore.
Shopify 2.0 lets you add estimated delivery times as custom fields in the product editor. You’d enter the Printful shipping times manually for each product.
Unfortunately I have 10 different markets that I need to input estimated delivery times for so I have to do it as a geo located section to ensure people get a EDD tailored to their location. So the section in the product page won’t work I don’t think. I suspect an app is the only way.
