Hi everyone!
I am currently a dropshipper and I dropship from 1 supplier’s website. They are based in USA. They recently launched their dropshipping program and have confirmed that they are not able to send me an inventory file until they implement their new system next year. I had Stock Sync look into their website but unfortunately they were not able to help me. Currently, I have been syncing inventory levels manually, i.e., searching on their website for the product (just like any other ecommerce store) and inputting the inventory levels manually into my store. As you can imagine, this is hours of effort each time since i have over a hundred products on my store.
Is there a way to sync my shopify inventory to the data displayed on their website? They have a “Item Number” that is unique across all products.
