How do I upload and install an Ecom Turbo theme on Shopify?

Hi,

I bought a theme from Ecom Turbo and I cannot find a way to first of all, upload the theme to my computer and then how does one install it in Shopify. There is no button on Shopify that says UPLOAD THEME. Please help.
