How do you manage customer returns and generate labels?

Hey guys, I am looking for an app that would help me generate return labels for my customers. Ideally, my customer would connect to an interface with their order id and email and they would be able to select the item they want to return the reason for return a particular item, photos and so on. It seems that the Rich Returns app would be perfect for most of my issues but I would still need to sign up to an app like Shippo and I would also need to sign up to a few carriers to be able to get my labels to my customers.

There is also the “issue” of sending back an item internationally. Like if my customer who loves in Germany receives an item coming from a different European country.

Is this right? Am I missing something? How do you guys deal with this?

I am based in Europe and I’m looking to do business in Europe and then I’ll branch out to other areas.

Hope you are doing well,

The app that you are using is a great app but I can suggest one more app which is Return Prime. As they have integration available with DHL so in that case, you don’t need to create an account on Shippo, you can use your current DHL account. Do check them out.

Hi, thanks for responding. Actually, I subscribed to Rich Returns because I like the workflow and the way they allow us to integrate their system in our site. I had to go through quite a few systems before I found them. Have a great day.
