I am using “Studio” theme and here’s the screenshot below. I want to be able to move the button around.

You can find the css of slide content in assets/section-image-banner.css

bellow is the code to modify the content location

.banner__content.banner__content--middle-center {
    align-items: center;
    justify-content: center;
  }

you can find different positions here flex box positions
