How in the world do I make a landing page?

Hey friends, I have a question that I feel a little silly asking, but I just can’t figure it out. I am still relatively new here, and still learning as I go. I have recently learned how important landing pages are to converting leads/sales, and would really like to create a few. I have tried just adding a page from my admin area, but I can’t create anything that looks even close to being a landing page. There are plenty of page builder apps/sites, but no free options that will let me make more than 1 page (just getting started, so no revenue yet to be able to spend money on this). What am I missing?

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Could you help me understand why it is so complex for me, but thousands of others use landing pages all the time? Surely, if it was that complex for everyone, they would not be used as much as they are.

There are 100,000’s developers and you said for free, without understanding basic HTML your going to spend time which is also spending money. IT’s always better to hire a local developer vs some on Fiverr or Upwork IMO

The other gentleman who has responded is telling me that creating a landing page is too complex, and that I would need to hire someone to do it for me. Do you agree?

I forgot to say there are a few tutorials on youtube just youtube Shopify landing page tutorial.. not sure if those channels are trying to sell you something tho so buyer beware

Hey there, landing pages are very important for a store or any website because this is the thing which can make you different from all the other simple websites, and it is the part of designing and representation plays a very important role in generating lead/sales.
