I’m wondering how often do people add or change apps on their stores?
Is it a case of setting it up and leaving it i.e. if it isn’t broken don’t fix it?
Or, do people tend to chop and change trying new things out to try and optimize somewhat frequently?
Thanks
Hi there, Mike!

Every business is different so this may vary from one store to the next. However, I say that if an app is working for you and your business and it is impacting your store in a positive way, why are you thinking of removing it?
If there are room for improvements, then it’s definitely worth checking out other options that may provide you that extra functionality that you are looking for.
If it’s simply about curiosity because there are so many options out there, I would urge you to rethink changing an app that is successfully working for you and possibly use that allotted time elsewhere. Maybe focus on other aspects of your store that need more of your attention.
I think that this question also comes from the fact that the e-commerce space is always changing, so it’s definitely a good idea to be on the know on what’s new and what’s out there however, again, if it’s serving its purpose for you and your business, I personally would focus on other things then loop back.
But I am also very curious to see what other contributors and merchants have to say regarding their own stores and experiences.
