You might be experiencing a website or theme issue. Before anything else, I highly suggest that you try troubleshooting steps first such as, clearing your website’s cookies and cache, change browser, use different device, or internet connect for example, use mobile date instead of Wi-fi. If none of these troubleshooting steps worked, I highly suggest that you reach out to your theme developer so, they can take a further look of your theme back-end set up.
