I would like to have the Shop app activated so that potential customers could find me there.
When I review the app it says that I don’t meet the requirements because I my charge back
rate exceeds the 1% requirement.
I am the new owner of the shop, but in reviewing the charge back information it appears that
only one charge back has occurred this year (the previous one in October of last year). The
store averages over 10 sales a month, so by my calculations (in my head) we should be less
than 1%. How do I overcome this and get the shop app activated?
