How to add a button to show shoe size variant in different formats

I have a shoe store and since shoe sizes are different in some markets I want to have a button in product pages that allow visitors to see the size variants in EU UK US and CM. Does someone know how to make this possible? I don’t want to do it as a translation or a size chart.

That option is not suitable for us as we intend to have give clientes EU, US, UK and CM (centimeters) for each shoe. Do you know any solution for us to do something similar to the prints i’m sending?
