How to add a custom Payment method to supported Payment Methods on My Payments App?

We are building an Offsite Payments App that supports Visa Mastercard and local Mobile wallets like Ecocash, OneMoney and Innbucks. I want to be able to show these methods as supported payment method on Payments App. As of now those are not there on the list of Payment methods when adding supported Payment method on Extension configuration. I can see orange Money is available and other popular wallets how were they added or Registered. what is the process of registration

We have already built a payments application and it is currently available for testing on development stores.
What we need now is the ability to add additional payment methods that display as supported payment methods
