How to add a date picker to the cart page 2.0?

Hi All

I am trying to code a date picker to the cart page. So far (see below) however I am then asked to find Sections directory, click cart-template.liquid. or cart.liquid to render on the cart page. However I do not have either of these in my directory.

Could anyone please help with where to paste {% render ‘delivery-date’ %}
