How to add a section when button is missing?

Hello, I am trying to add a section to one of my pages but the ‘add section’ button is non-existent on this page. Could anybody help? Thank you

Can you please provide the following:

  1. Your Store URL (and password if store password protected)

  2. The name of the theme you are using

  3. The name of the section that you are trying to use on one of your pages.

Hi, thanks for your reply. My store url is https://bellas-bandanas.myshopify.com and password is BBUK

I am just trying to add text to the FAQ page, but there is only customisation available for the header and footer.

Have you tried going to https://bellas-bandanas.myshopify.com/admin/pages and adding the content directly into the FAQ page?
