How to add a shopping cart icon to Dawn theme?

Hi there. I’m trying to add a shopping cart icon to a client’s website:
https://elleryandmoss.com.au/

I’ve tried to add the appropriate code, but it doesn’t seem to appear. Has the icon been disabled somewhere else?

Any help would be most appreciated.
