How to add an Affiliate Button in the check out box

Hi all,

I would like to know is there any app can apply an affiliate button in the checkout box as attached?

At first, I just think that to use the prom code button as the affiliate code button, but now, I find that if i doing that, i cannot apply promotion code offer in my side. Any Suggestion?
