Can anyone advise how to create a section for an image banner for the Dawn theme homepage?

Enclosed is the screenshot of the image banner that I going to add to the homepage.

yes, please use image with text section

Thanks for your advice, I have use image with text section, it work but under desktop view, the image not in center, wonder can please help? Enclosed screenshot for your advice.

I checked and the ‘Image with text’ section should show like your request, i don’t know why it is showing with the 2nd screenshot you sent:
