How to add announcement bar under header with multiple sections

Hi,

I am hoping to add a bar similar to the bar below:

I would like 2 or 3 sections for text and an ability to add icons like above.

How do I add this in Shopify?

Quickest way in an OS2.0 theme , like Dawn, use a custom-liquid or custom-html section in the theme visual editor.

Then just use an external web builder tool to make the bar you want that can give you the raw html of what you make. Or find a responsive one online somewhere with the proper license.

Then put that html in the custom section.

There are existing discussions on this but rarely does anyone use a consistent term making it easy to search, try things like “custom announcement bar” “custom notification bar”, “custom shipping notification bar” , “custom message bar with images”,etc etc.

Beyond that is an advanced customization making a section with code,
