Im trying to add a phone number field for customers account creation, i have the dawn theme

hello, im trying to find the customer registration on the code i found one but it doesnt show the fields for first_name, last_name, email, and password, is this the one?
Also the main focus is to get the number on the clients page so we can use them later on, so yeah it would be great if we could have the data in there
