Hello @smsigroup ,

I understand you are looking to add Social Media Icons at the footer.

You can add the social media icon/links with the help of theme customizer.

Please follow these steps -:

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes → Click Customize.

  2. Now click on Theme setting option and scroll down to Social Media section

  1. Next make sure you have added "Image, Text and Socials’ ’ block in Footer section for displaying social media icons , if not added please follow the steps mentioned in below mentioned image.

  • Once block added, open the block by clicking over it https://prnt.sc/nrxJdgF6Tktt

  • Next, check the ‘Show social media links’ option and in case you do not want to add Heading or text you can remove it by removing the added text.

You need to add social media links for them to appear as your theme already supports/displays in the footer
Please follow the below steps
1> Customize the theme.
2> Click on Theme settings
3> Go to Social media
4> Add links and save.

NOTE : Your theme supports them to show only in “Image, Text and Socials” block so you’ll have to add that block to your footer or customise the footer blocks to show them elsewhere

Hello Smsigroup,

I see you want to add social media icons at the footer of your website, and if you are using the Enterprise theme, which supports adding social media icons at the footer.

Now to add the social media icons in the footer, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the customization settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

  2. Scroll to the bottom to find the customization settings for the footer.

  3. Now the restriction that we have here is, we can add social media icons only if you have added the “Image, text, and socials” block (as shown in the screenshot below), else the social media icons won’t be visible:

  4. Once you have added the block, open the customization settings for the block and check the box “Show social media settings”, as shown in the screenshot below:

  5. [Note] If you have already added the social media links to the theme settings then you can skip this step, else you need to add the social media links to the theme settings as shown in the screenshot below:

  6. Done? Now save the file, and try previewing to confirm if the changes work for you.

Hi,

I’m unable to add the "Image, Text and Socials’ ’ block in Footer section. It says, “No theme blocks found” when I try.

I’m using the theme, Palo Alto version 4.6.3

Can you please help?
