I appreciate that you have included those two screenshots of your online store and how you would like it to look, that is very helpful! Looking into the Brooklyn theme, we are unable to make the changes to have the footer section displayed how you would like. However, you can make a manual change in the themes coding to have your footer displayed like the example. Since the Brooklyn theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to have our internal team make the changes on your behalf.
If you are interested in using the design time, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor.
