Is there any way to separate customers from online and offline?
I want to apply different discount codes for online and offline buyers.
Could you tell me a bit more about what your end goal is and how you envision this working? Is it that you want to offer discount codes to customers in store to use only in store or only online? If you could provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve then I can help see what would be possible within the admin.

Hi @Trevor , what I want is a POS that will assist me in applying different sale prices for different items. For example, applying a 10% discount for product A in online stores while 15% discount for product B in physical stores.

You can create and apply discounts to in-person orders when processing the transaction. These discounts can be separate from the ones used for online orders. You can learn more about managing POS discounts here.
Discounts for online orders will either be manually applied by the customer or automatically applied by your store (depending on the type of discounts you created). Creating discounts for your online orders can be found here.
