How to attend the SEO event

I am completely confused by this interface:

  1. I own a Shopify website.

  2. I got an email stating that I can attend a presentation, “SEO Office Hours with Kyle Risley”.

  3. I clicked the link at the appropriate time, thinking it would guide me into a video conference.

  4. That didn’t happen.

  5. I was guided to create a user ID. Why? I already have one to manage my site.

  6. I told I could be provided a service that is free for the first day, and $1 / month for the first month.

  7. What is that? Is that the service to be on the community message board???

  8. I am working with the assumption that stated in (7).

  9. I go through a wizard that asks me questions typical of a new enrollee to the Shopify platform… doesn’t sound right.

  10. Hey, I just want to attend. Provide me a link to click on and I’ll quietly attend.

I so agree with this, except that I did not click on any pay to join link. I was not even sure if that was just a promo for someone to start a Shopify account. I wanted to receive this advice, even if I did not ask a specific question myself. I am totally stumped on what the process is. Will we be e-mailed a transcript as we were the confusing invitation?

I hope at least that… thank you.

This is not what i thought it was. I can’t see any replies or solutions. This is not helpful. I’m in total agreement

I clicked the link and there was no event, it’s weird. I don’t know where is the event link, they don’t explain anything and add the event to your calendar and there’s nothing
