Hello, I am new to Shopify without much idea on how to get customers here. Any idea? Sorry to bother you.

Hello,

I have tried paid adverts on about 3 major social media platforms Including paid influencer for a month whom I asked to halt for a reason. Also, there’s a paid video promo for marketing. Recently, I joined Amazon, reactivated Etsy and now Shopify. Imagine making lovely products that aren’t reaching the right target.

I will follow your suggestions. My URL is https://triple-diamond-handmade-soap-and-organic-shea-butter.myshopify.com

I make handmade soaps and sell organic Shea butter. The problem was also caused by not activating the 2 steps authentication code, by so doing there was a pause on payments and payouts, preventing customers from accessing my store. After activating the 2 steps authentication code, it was on hold for a reason, which will be checked later. Also, I tried linking my website by adding the code to WordPress but it was hard
