How to automatically pull product name and SKU to contact forms?

Hi Guys,

I’m put a form on my product page and I’m trying to automatically pull the product name and SKU on Contact forms so the product will be included to be able to respond to the question correctly

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It’s solved! I just add a default value

value=“{{ product.title | escape }}”

to input and make it read only.
