How to center collection page Title + Text

Hi!

I am making my shop in the shopify dawn theme, and I was wondering if someone could help me with the following.

I would like to centre all my titles and text / descriptions after that.

It is for pages, collection pages, main page, featured collection, featured page and blog. I have tried some coding I found on the forms but it did not work until now.

If you take one schreenshot it will be more easy to find your problem
