How to center email signup at footer's top in Dawn theme?

Hi, I would like to have the email signup appear at the top of the footer page, centered. Please advise on correct code to make this change,

Hi @fitsismovement ,

For this work, you don’t need to work on the coding part go to custom settings and add the Email Signup section just above the footer. and uncheck the email subscription from the footer setting

Thank you for the response. I’m not sure that this is an acceptable workaround for the Dawn theme. This is in the footer section, but there is no way to just reposition it in that field. I definitely think there is some coding that needs to take place to get it into the position that I am inquiring about. Please advise if I am missing the ability to do this.

@fitsismovement if you are not familiar with the Shopify coding so it’s difficult for you. If you are interested so I can resolve this issue for you but I need your store credential.

i think the previous answer does work as i did the same myself this morning.

homepage>>add email sign up

then scroll down to footer section and uncheck the [show email sign up] box
