I want this featured product section to say “View Product” instead of “Add to Cart”
and when clicked it opens the product page instead of adding it into cart
You can do that from the theme customization page, click the featured product, then edit it and save.

yes, please go to Customization >>> Home Page >>> Add New Section Left side Bottom Click Add Section >>>>> Feature Product Section
