How to change collapsible tab to be one open at a time

Currently on the Customer Care page, (https://www.meeshka.com.au/pages/customer-care),,) I have collapsible rows where I prefer the first row to be open. However, once I click on another row, I wish for the previous row to close.

I see this has been solved in many cases, unfortunately for the Fuel Theme.
