How to change header fonts without affecting product titles in Sense theme?

I want to change the font for the headers in the Sense theme. However, when I change it thru Theme Settings, it also changes the font for the product/collection titles on the cards. I don’t want that. I just want to change it for the main headings.

Also, how do I make the product titles on the product/collection pages smaller? They’re HUGE right now and it looks awful.

There is no “theme.scss.liquid” showing on the list. And I can’t find another website using the “Shadows into Light” font.
