How to change one word on shopify announcment bar

Hi there! Hope you all are well. I’m currently working on my shop and wanted to change the word ‘DESTROY’ in my announcement bar to #FD0D08 and leave the rest of the other words a different color. Would anyone be able to help or provide a code for that please

It’s not the simplest thing to do, but I’ll try to explain it here.

  1. Go to you online store and select the theme you are using and click “Edit Code”.

  1. Find the file “announcement-bar.liquid” in the “Sections” Folder them remove the part that says " | escape " (Highlighted in the image below).

  1. Now go back to the theme customizer and add the following to the annoucement bar text ( Example screenshot below)
Let's DESTROY that anxiety

  1. Finally, save and you’ll be able to see the changes
