How to change text color within section of Shopify page

Hello,

I am trying to change the text within a section of Shopify. I understand that this can be done by editing the code of a certain section, but I am not sure how to reference the correct section and add the color code. Any help with this?

Additionally, a previous thread suggested a way to add a color picker for text in each section, is this feasible?
