How to change the position of the logo and hamburger menu on mobile and desktop?

I’m creating a store within the “Palo Alto” theme, but they don’t offer detailed customizations for the menu layout for both mobile and desktop.

As shown in the pictures, how do I change the logo on mobile to the left and the hamburger menu to the right?

And how do I change the category buttons next to the logo on the left on desktop?

I’m aiming for something similar to the store of Ralph Lauren (as shown in the pictures).
