How to change the size of the "text side" in the "image with text" banner

Whenever I add an image with a text banner to my store

I can only change the size of the image but there is no option to change the size of the text side (NOTE: I’m talking about the text side of the banner, not text

As you can see in this image I can change image size, text size but not the text side of the block I mean look at the side where the text is, it’s so skinny how can I change that.
