How to change the text of my account to icon in header

hi, the text of my account is “log in” as the below I show on header in my store

and when I log in, there is “My account” and "Log out " as the pic

But how can I change the text to the image like this one no matter I log in or not?

You have to change the text with icons ( For icons you can use font awesome or images )
