If you have removed an app that added or edited your theme code from your store then removing this app alone would not necessarily undo any such code changes.
In order to be sure any such code has been removed, you would just need to reach out to the developers of that app for support.
They will be able to help you with removing any potential leftover code created by their app from your theme.
