How to code a Dawn theme for RTL in Arabic and English?

Hello,

I am looking to have two languages on my website English and Arabic, anyone has a custom coding to ensure that the store reads right to left when in Arabic.

I added the code " dir=“rtl” on the code section .

however it’s for arabic and english transfer to right may you please assist
